Webdav - cannot authenticate mountin share in windows

Hello,

I use Alfresco 5.2 and I have my users synchronized and authenticated against Active directory domain. Users can log on through web browser, but if I want to use webdav mounting a directory to windows I am not able to authenticate domain users (native users in alfresco mounts the share without problems). Web Client is on. Domain users can log on to webdav through web browser.

I use webdav in other domains and domain users works well. But at one domain I cannot find out what could block the user to mount the share in windows. I have set the BasicAuthLevel on 2.

I do not know if there is any configuration on domain politcs that can block the user to authenticate through webdav.
