what are the debugging options are available in SDK 4 allinone project

In SDK 4 after run project  how can we use breakpoints ,or else is their any other debugging options are available for ease of use ,which can reduce time of development.

There are ways to do remote debug when using docker based deployment. with earlier SDKs we had option to run embedded tomcat but with SDK4.x customizations gets deployed via docker containers hence we have option for remote debugging with help of hotswap agent.
