Windows Docker How to set Alfresco folders on different hard drive on host computer

Hi All,

I would like to setup Alfresco community 7.3 through Docker compose on windows, but would like to set the Alfresco folders to be on a secondary hard drive example dirve E. 

I tried looking but seem unable to set it so the folders such as alf_data are on drive E.

Any help is appreciated.
