File Upload: Refer file across Processes

1. Step 1 I have a File Upload `x`

2. Now in Step 2, I would like to review the File `x` that was uploaded in Step 1

3. Currently just the file name is being printed, and I cannot download it

In a different point, in expression when I posted the value <b>Hi</b> it got printed in non-html, so is there a way to use HTML content in Expression?
