Generating more than two Document

Hi,

 

I am trying to create  more than  two documents by using the document task.

i am using checkboxes  in the form( Check box A, Checkbox B) and when i choose the both of the checkboxes 

i am in need of generating  document1,document2 . Whether is there any solution on generating the two different documents using the  Document Task.

 

Kindl suggest your thoughts pleasse.
