How to trigger a bpm using a web form/ html form?

I'm new to this platform and also a naive to the BPM creation process. I want to trigger my BPM using a form, how can I do it?

One more thing, are there any video tutorials for the beginners?

Checkout the Users guide, there are a couple of different REST API's to kick a process instance in the guts.
