Is There A Way To Add Document Annotation Functionality To Alfresco CE?

I have been using Alfresco Community Edition 5.2 for a while. Can anyone kindly point me in the right direction as to whether it is possible to add document annotation functionality to Alfresci CE. Is there a addon or plugin that provides this feature? Thank you for your kind response.
