jobs in ACT_RU_JOB with type 'event'

Hi,

In the ACT_RU_JOB I have records with HANDLER_TYPE_ event and null values in the EXECUTION_ID_, PROCESS_INSTANCE_ID_ and PROC_DEF_ID_. A sample of records look like this:

My questions are:

Is this a normal situation? 

How those records are connected to the process? (by HANDLER_CFG_ that should point to ACT_RU_EVENT_SUBSCR? - we don't have a record there that would match the job)

What this type of jobs are? What bpmn / engine situation creates a JOB with event handler_type_?

That looks strange. Which version of Activiti are you using?
