Workflow reporting dashlet

Admins often need to see all current and past processes and their details. Is hard to believe that it is not implemented out-of-the-box in Alfresco. I googled a lot, I found many posts about it (everything is outdated - I'm using Alfresco Community 6.1).

@jpotts said 10 years ago on his blog that sadly there is no open-source code. But since then, there is really no up-to-date way to get that fundamental functionality? I hope someone corrects me.

If not, should I start from scratch implementing such a functionality?
