Document Preview in ACS Failing

Hi,

We have an and Application Based on the ADW private repo "content-ee:build".

The Application Uses Both ACS and APS component. We are able to resolve all issues Except for one call for the Document viewer in ACS that is failing.

The message on Screen is "Couldn't load preview. Unknown format."

The root cause being a 401 response for the following call

https://<server>/alfresco/api/-default-/public/alfresco/versions/1/nodes/<NodeId>/renditions/pdf/content?attachment=false&alf_ticket=<AlfTicket>

 

ACS Version is Patch 6.2.2.2

APS Version 1.11.4

 

Has anyone come across this issue?
