Hi,
Can anyone tell me is there any disadvantage of using alfresco with postgresql(inbuilt into alfresco) in a production environment? Is there any size limitation of using it?
Sometimes even in local we faced CmisContentStorageException. Is this attributed to using postregresql?
Is it better to go with MySQL in production?
Please clarify.

Postgresql is a valid choice for a production database.
There will be some size limitations (just with every database or piece of software) however you are unlikely to get anywhere near them.
In general go with whatever database your DBAs are most comfortable with.

Hello, I want to deploy Alfresco on my production environment with PostgreSQL. What are size limitations ? Alfresco with Postgresql DB of ~2TB should be working without aby problem ? Are they any 'things' should I care about deploying such a big database ?
