0. A culture of backward compatibility (not forever but say for 80% of install base) and/or practical well planned migrations from existing to new for the same. 

0.5 Clear and detailed guidance on best practices for production, including: architecture, indexing, deployment, day 0, security, access control, SSO, Kerberos, encryption at rest, storage, network, firewall, proxy, SSL, load balancing, database, sizing, maintenance, scaling, directory integration, monitoring, cloud provisioning. 

Following is my sense of ordering from the list of suggestions:

1. More Resources/Tutorials/Videos

2. More Interaction with Our Internal Teams ( **including DevCons, they are grrrrreat!** )

3. More Workshops (like those at DevCon)

4. More Hackathons

5. More In-Person Local Meetups

6. More Live Online Events - like Tech Talk Live

7. More Informal Online Chats - like Office Hours

a) ADF 3.0,

b) Alfresco Transformation services coming up offloading the renditions to a separate tier

c) Alfresco AWS Glacier Support with connector.

d) Alfresco Search Services and Insights Engine

e) Enhanced Deployment architecture for Alfresco.

f) Multiple integration points for extension/customization.

g) Vision on merging with Alfresco Process Services for more business  usecase.

h) Backward compatibility and Robust platform.
