I'd like to participate in the Global Hackathon! How do I sign up to be on a team? What teams/projects are available?
Solved! Go to Solution.
The public space dedicated to the Global Hack-a-thon 2017 is the right place to start.
Want to know more about teams and available projects?
Take a look here.
Are you interested to work on a Project or with a Team?
Click on the Edit button (on the top right of this page) and add your name to the Interested parties section of the preferred project.
Want to add a Project as leader?
Click on the Edit button (on the top right of this page) and add a new section with the following structure.
Idea owner: ... (probably you)
Description: ...
Prep work: ...
Interested parties:
Be sure to put the new project into the right section: Content Services, Process Services or Application Development Framework.

We also have a category for projects that are focussed more on abstract community resources / engagement. So if you e.g. want to do some maintenance of information on this platform, review / update some existing addons that you find useful, come up with use case concepts or even create new content to aggregate/collect useful information for other community members (i.e. in blog posts), then that may be the category for you.
I also want to point out that there is no restriction on the number of suggested ideas that you can add. Some project ideas may not attract other interested participants, so you may choose to drop (some of) your own suggestions and join a different team on the day of the hack-a-thon. We will definitely not force anyone to work alone on a project just because it was their idea
