je cherche un peu d'aide. Nous utilisons Alfresco 1.2.1 depuis quelques temps, avec une gestion des comptes utilisateur via un AD, jusqu'à ce jour pas de problème.

On me demande de faire évoluer la version, notamment afin de bénéficier des fonctionnalités avancées de Workflow JBPM.

J'ai téléchargé la version alfresco-community-jboss-1.4.0, jdk-1_5_0_11, MySql5.0 et OOo_2.2.0, puis j'ai installé le tout sur un serveur de test.

Fort de mon expérience précédente… j'ai donc configuré le tout afin d'utiliser Mysql et mon annuaire AD

Or, je rencontre plusieurs problèmes.

1 - je ne trouve pas les fichiers Exports*.xml des users et groupes qui étaient générés en 1.2 sous TOMCATtempalfresco. Soit, Je tente une connection avec le compte admin et le mot de passe AD, OK.
A noter que dans la gestion des invité, je visualise l'ensmble des groupes et des utilisateurs connus dans l'AD.

2 - Dans Accueil, Il y a un espace créé pour chaque utilisateur connu dans mon AD, je tente donc de me connecter avec mon compte utilisateur, et j'obtient cette erreur dans le navigateur :

J'ai vérifié les droits tout me paraît normal…

3 - Afin de vérifier mon fichier, j'ai installé AlfrescoCommunity-1.4 puis j'ai copier le fichier ldap-authentication-context.xml dans le répertoire ad hoc, je retrouve bien mes fichiers Export*.xml,
je tente un connection ADmin= OK,
je tente une connection avec mon user=OK, dans accueil, un espace est généré au nom de l'utilisateur connecté.

Cependant, dans la gestion des invités je ne visualise que les groupes et l'utilisateur (+ admin et guest) avec lequel j'ai réalisé une connection.

Tout ceci ne me paraît pas très clair.

Question subsidiaire, est-il possible
- d'éviter la création d'un espace pour chaque utilisateur,
- forcer un espace racine commun

J'espère avoir été complet et concis ?

Merci de me donner quelques pistes.

Je ne sais pas exactement ce que fait Alfresco avec les fichiers Exports*.xml, mais si il y a des problèmes pendant la synchro AD -> Alfresco, tu devrais voir quelque chose dans les logs de Tomcat (ou d'Alfresco).

Question subsidiaire, est-il possible
- d'éviter la création d'un espace pour chaque utilisateur,
- forcer un espace racine commun
Dans ton fichier ldap-authentication-context.xml, tu peux remplacer le personalHomeFolderProvider par un companyHomeFolderProvider. Ceci a pour effet que les HOME de tes utilisateurs sera la racine d'Alfresco. Par contre, tu devras certainement supprimer tous les dossiers déjà créés.
