Intalacion a traves del war

¿A que te refieres con duplicados?  ¿Donde los tienes duplicados?

Corregí el error. El problema venia de del fichero custom-repository-context.xml

Estaba puesto:

<value>classpath:alfresco/domain/hibernatecfg.properties</value>

Corrección

Toda la tarde revisando todos los pasos.


Ahora estoy atascada con:

Creo que el problema esta en triModel.xml

Es este segundo código que has puesto falta la parte de abajo ¿no? Es decir, según veo falta: </types> y el </model>

De todas formas, lo suyo es que si es un modelo personalizado te pases por el tuto que hizo ajv aquí, es muy bueno
