Label dans workflow et accents

Bonjour,

Lorsque je paramètre les labels pour mes propriétés dans un workflow, j'ai des caractères spéciaux qui s'affichent à la place de mes accents

Exemple, pour le é, j'ai é qui s'affiche.
Sous Eclipse, j'ai essayé de modifié l'encodage et j'ai sélectionné ISO-8859-1 mais j'obtiens les caractères � à la place du é

Pourriez vous m'indiquer comment procéder svp ?

For file change the encoding type to Encode in UTF-8.

I did it on eclpise or notepad++ but it doen't change anything.
I still have é  when I use é

The problem is with encoding only nothing else other then that.

On eclipse :

Edit --> Set Encoding --> Other

And I select UTF-8

It doesn't change anything
