Part of this idea, need to create a blogpost to outline detailed steps to Setup ACS7 and ASS2 using distribution package.

Many folks are getting confused between legacy transformation services which was utilized in previous versions (was marked deprecated in 6.x and now removed from 7.x) vs local transformation services while setting up acs using distribution package.
