docx preview in adw

Hello,

I am unable to view docx documents from adw, knowing that the transformation works well and I can view docx documents on share. When I return to adw after viewing the document on share, the visualization works again. Is there a setting to adjust on the adw side? Does anyone have an idea?

ACS version 7.2

ADW version 4.0
