Alfresco Database Configuration

Hi all,

I am using Alfresco 3C Version in MAC. I am using MySQL as the database. Whether it is possible to update or create spaces in Backend (Database) to make it available in Alfresco Client?

No don't try to access the alfresco database directly, use the alfresco public APIs.

Thanks for your reply..So only API's are used to modify the database and not direct database modification. please let me know about that API's(Some Example API)
