APS SDK 2.0.9 and 1.7.4 relesed adding new License management

New License Management added in the latest APS SDK v2.0.9 and APS SDK v1.7.4.

Now license files are managed a unique place with classpath support for executing unit and integration tests.

APS SDK v2.0.9:

I'll also share a wiki page where I'll describe how to add this new license management also in older version of the SDK.
