This module allows users to create a comma separated spreadsheet with properties of all the content within a folder. The functionality can be called using a custom action in the document library menu of a folder. The result is a spreadsheet with all the properties in the personal folder of the user.
The module allows to be configured using a configuration file. What type of content should be exported into the spreadsheet can be configured, as well as the properties that should be included in the spreadsheet.
Use cases for this module could be one of the following:
- You need to delete content, but keep metadata of deleted content
- Users need to run reports over the content of parts of Alfresco
- To create destruction reports in a records management site
- etc
