Edit In Microsoft Office

I am using alfresco 6.2 with https.

When I am trying to use Edit In Microsoft Office, It is opening MS Office Application(word,excel) with blank document.

Sometime it is showing Starting... only and not opening.

What version of Office are you using?

Digital Community Manager, Alfresco Software.

I have checked with office 365 & Office 2019 and I am facing issue.

I think it may be related to this property:

Under some circumstances, it will be also required to add following property to your alfresco-global.properties
aos.baseUrlOverwrite=https://external/alfresco/aos
