How to migrate documents from Alfresco to another system?

We were internally analyzing within the virtual machine, and the documents are in .BIN format. The option to download directly has a limit of 2GB. I would like to know what the solution is to migrate documents from Alfresco to another system.

Queriamos saber qual é a solução para podermos imigrar os documentos do Alfresco para outro sistema?

1. SMB, FTP of WebDAV without metadata

2. Export with metadata. For example: https://github.com/vprince1/alfresco-bulk-export
