How to migrate from community v5.0 to community 23.1?

My original Alfresco installation, Community v5.0, was in a Windows Machine.

Now i need to migrate it to a new Alfresco installation (Community 23.1), which is docker-compose based.

Note: Entire data is in a NAS.

 

Current setup in the Windows system (now copied over to the new system):

How do i safely migrate my existing data/setup to the new config?

Any help is appreciated!
