How to remove favorite/like/comment/share from document library?

I'm using Alfresco Community 5.0.d and Alfresco all-in-one sdk for customisation. I am not able to find a way to remove the favorite/like/comment/share from document library.

I followed this How to disable the social plugins (such as following user and ‘like’ document) in Document Library f...  but social links are still working.

Please let me know the way to fix it.

Hi:

An option is to replace the default metadata template for simple and detailed view in share-config.custom.xml

As mentioned in post, Have you tried by commenting following line from share-documentlibrary-config.xml file

<line index="50" id="social" view="detailed">{social}</line>

It should work like a charm.

Hi:

It is better to copy metadata template definitions from share-documentlibrary-config.xml to share-config-custom.xml, to put replace=true in the corresponding Document Library section and to comment the cited social line.

The reference file is share-documentlibrary-config.xml, which is under WEB-INF directory and it should not be changed, while share-config-custom.xml is in Share web-extension directory.

$ALF_HOME/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/web-extension/share-config-custom.xml

this worked like a charm for removing the share (social) button but how to remove other feature including favorite, comments and like option?

This change for document library work perfectly fine and removes like, favourite, comment but is that any way to remove it from Document details as when i click on any document it still have this inside document details.
