Moving community edition 6.1

Hi all,  I'm trying to move an Alfresco Community Edition 6.1 deployed with docker-compose to a new host.  I took the following actions: 

• docker-compose stop
• committed each container
• saved each container to an image file
• imported each container to the new host
• edited the docker-compose.yml to refelect the new image names
• docker-compose up -d on the new host

The new Alfresco comes up and maintains the configuration changes I've made (LDAP authentication) but created workflow tasks and created sites are now missing.  

How do you go about moving a docker-composed Alfresco?   TIA!
