Transformation of RTF to PDF

Hello, I'm new to Alfresco and I have a problem how to enable transformations in From rtf to pdf. I created a rule but a problem occures. Not only with this type of transformation but tried others top. Do I need to do some configuration? I installed LibraOffice but it didn't help
