User Features Alfresco allows a user to create shortcuts to files that were previously accessed. These shortcuts are listed in the Shortcuts section, which can be found on the Shelf. They provide easy access to frequently accessed content. Shortcuts are user-specific, i.e. only the person who created the shortcut has access to it.
To create a shortcut, go to the Action menu in the Details View of any file. Select 'Create Shortcut'. The shortcut will be available on the Shelf. Shortcuts remain available, even after the user logs off and on.
