Download and install PHP (Optional)

PHP SDKThis section is based on the blog entry of Installing the Alfresco PHP Library on Windows.
To download and install PHP:

1. Install IIS or Apache as a web front-end if needed.
   For Apache: Download Apache 2.2: http://www.eng.lsu.edu/mirrors/apache/httpd/binaries/win32/apache_2.2.6-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi
   
2. Download PHP from http://www.php.net/downloads.php.
   
3. Select PHP 5.2.4 installer [22,002Kb] - 30 August 2007.
   
4. Install the PHP installer EXE to the default location of C:\Program Files\PHP\.
   
5. Select the HTTP server and the default installation options.
