Workflow Task Owner is getting assigned to the User creating the Task instead of Admin

After upgrading to alfresco version 7.0.4, We are facing issues with workflow Owner.

Ideally the Workflow Starting Task gets assigned to the Admin, since the Admin is used to initiate the workflow and this works fine.

But sometimes its getting assigned to the user who is creating the Workflow, which leads to issues in reassigning the other tasks by Admin as the user becomes the owner. 

Did someone else facing this type of issue after alfresco version upgrade 7.0.4?

Is there any possible solution to fix this?
