We recently informed you of some upcoming improvements to how we provision accounts and provide access to our public-facing websites including Alfresco Hub, Alfresco Training, and Hyland Community. With these improvements, Alfresco ID and Hyland Profiles will merge on the Okta platform, rebranding as Hyland ID.
The first phase of Hyland ID will launch on Saturday, July 17. Our intention is to make this transition as seamless as possible, but want you to be aware of the following considerations:
- Hyland Community may not be accessible during the migration.
- Your login email and password will remain the same. Your current Alfresco ID login email address and password will migrate to your Hyland ID.
- The login URL is changing. To ensure easier access, update any bookmarked URLs from ID.Alfresco.com to ID.Hyland.com.
- Stored credentials will need updating. If your Alfresco ID login credentials are stored in your web browser or password-saving app, they’ll likely need to be updated to the new Hyland ID URL (.
The second phase of launch, planned for this fall, will provide our customers and partners more control over their organizations’ membership and access. With this update, as many as three individuals can be designated to manage their organization’s Hyland Community membership. These individuals will be enabled to invite new members, determine each members’ access to key support features, initiate contractor access and revoke member access connected to their organization
